Newton handed out bags full of gear to high school sports teams as well as gift certificates for teachers.

In addition to the "Santa Cam Surprise Sleigh," Newton hosts a yearly "Cam's Thanksgiving Jam", which feeds over 800 underprivileged kids in the area.
