Hockey game stops when player's jersey gets caught in glass

A KHL game was stopped in the middle of play after a Jokerit player's jersey got caught between two panels of glass.

A KHL game was stopped in the middle of play after a Jokerit player's jersey got caught between two panels of glass.

Tomi Mäki was checked into the boards and the elbow of his jersey got lodged in the glass. Despite his best effort he was unable to free himself, forcing the laughing refs to stop the game so they could help him out.

It takes the effort of the full officiating crew, plus a photographer on the other side of the glass willing to sacrifice his cell phone, to finally get Maki skating again.
