Master Sergeant Chris McKeen surprised two of his children during the first intermission of Thursday night's Tampa Bay Lightning game.

Master Sergeant Chris McKeen surprised two of his children during the first intermission of Thursday night's Tampa Bay Lightning game.

McKeen's two oldest children, C.J. and Katelyn, were brought out onto the ice to play a game of "Impossible Goal." But as the kids prepared to play, the lights dimmed and the announcer told them he wanted to show them something that's "not impossible."

It was then that McKeen, who was scheduled to come home two days later, came out onto the ice and was met by Katelyn leaping into his arms.

"I'm just extremely grateful that I get to come back to my family safe and get to see them. It was just absolutely wonderful," McKeen said afterwards.
