The host busted out his always wonderful "Superlatives" segment, handing out high school yearbook-style awards to players on each team.

Among the titles handed out include "Most Likely To Be The Love Child of Vin Diesel And A Newborn Baby" for Rob Gronkowski, and "Most Likely To Never Have To Buy A Drink In Boston Again" for Patriots goal line hero Malcolm Butler.
