Watch the Indians grounds crew chase a bird causing a delay

The Indians grounds crew struggles to track down a stubborn bird that was hanging out on the field.

There was no rain in Cleveland on Friday afternoon but there was still a small delay in the Indians-Tigers game.

A wounded bird interrupted the first inning by hanging out on the field. Not wanting to have any sort of repeat similar to the Randy Johnson incident, the grounds crew was sent out to handle the situation. The bird did its best to try and get away, but was hindered by its struggles to fly.

Eventually, the grounds crew was able to corral the bird so the game could resume.
