The Philadelphia Eagles signed quarterback Tim Tebow to a one-year deal over the weekend, setting off another outbreak of Tebowmania.
While fans and the media debated whether it was the best or worst thing ever to happen in the NFL, the Eagles' division rivals, the Washington Redskins, appeared to try to mock the signing on Twitter.
The team fired off the now famous "Kermit drinking tea" meme without comment on its Twitter, shortly after Philadelphia announced the news, which fans took as a subtle shot at the Eagles quarterback logjam.
Philly fans were quick to point out that the Redskins may not be in good enough shape themselves to cast aspersions at other teams.
