A baker in the Philippines made a life-sized Manny Pacquiao cake

Before the big Mayweather-Pacquiao fight, a baker in the Philippines made a life-sized Manny Pacquiao cake.

Manny Pacquiao is a larger-than-life figure in the Philippines, but this cake is life-sized.

Zach Yonzon, a baker in Manila, made this 66-inch chocolate cake in advance of Saturday's Mayweather-Pacquiao fight.

"Manny Pacquiao is world class, so we wanted to do something equally world class and the only way to do that is to create a cake that was extraordinary," Yonzon told the Associated Press

Yonzon, his wife and six staff members took a full day to make the 70-pound cake. The cake is supported by a wooden frame and portions of his extremities are made of Rice Krispies.

Yonzon is more than just the Filipino Cake Boss. He also drew Pacquiao and Mayweather's faces in cups of coffee

Whether or not Pacquiao gets eaten alive in the ring, his cake avatar will eventually meet that fate.

"It will be interesting to get people's reactions cutting and eating Manny Pacquiao," Yonzon told the AP. "My wife said we will start with the torso."
