As the Eastern Conference finals between the Rangers and Lightning kicks off, fans at Madison Square Garden for Game 1 got creative.

In wake of last season's trade between New York and Tampa Bay that centered around team captains and popular stars Ryan Callahan and Martin St. Louis switching sides, it's fair to assume that some jersey-owners had to retire, or at least modify, their threads.

Now that the teams have met, with the stakes as high as ever, those fans have emerged out of the woodwork.

Below, you'll see an old Martin St. Louis Lightning jersey turned Callahan special, next to a Callahan Rangers sweater turned..."Not Callahan."
