Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving has a "Friends" tattoo that was seemingly unveiled for the first time at Wednesday’s press conference.
The biggest revelation of the NBA Finals? Not Matthew Dellavedova—although he’s certainly in the running.
How about Kyrie Irving’s Friends tattoo?
Credit for the discovery goes to GQ’s Jack Moore, who noticed the Cleveland Cavaliers point guard’s ink during his press conference on Wednesday to discuss the fractured kneecap that prematurely ended his participation in the Finals.
Irving was born in 1992 and Friends ran from 1994 to 2004, so you can see how Irving might be attached to the show. Sadly, it seems like he’ll have plenty of time coming up for burning through re-runs on Netflix.
Now it’s time to see how long it takes for the “Which Friends characters are the Cleveland Cavaliers?” thinkpieces to pop up. LeBron’s gotta be Joey, right?
