Earlier this season, a very brief J.J. Redick interview revealed to NBA fans that the Clippers have a team rule that the last player to get back to the locker room has to dance in front of the entire squad, which seems like a very severe penalty.

On Thursday night, Cole Aldrich was slow getting back to the clubhouse after the team’s 104–90 win over the Heat, but with moves as bad as his, it seems like it was more a punishment for anyone who had to watch him dance.
