This bat flip by Jesus Guzman will make you miss baseball season.

It’s not exactly accurate to call what happened in a Venezuelan winter league game this weekend a “bat flip.” Just look at this thing.

That’s former Giants, Astros and Padres player Jesus Guzman, winning the game for the Leones del Caracas against the Cardenales de Lara with a walk-off grand slam and punctuating it with a bat flip for the ages.

He must have thrown it about 15 feet in the air! And he starts rounding the bases backwards!

We all thought Jose Bautista’s celebration was the pinnacle of the form, but we were so very wrong.
