Philadelphia 76ers play-by-play announcer Marc Zumoff nearly earned the Sixers a win over the Warriors on Saturday with his unbelievable Meek Mill burn.

During a break in the action late in the second quarter, the broadcast cut to Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj in the stands. While a screen graphic pointed out that recording artists Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj were in attendance at the game, Zumoff tried his best to emphasize that Nicki was in the house. After all, no one really respects Meek Mill much after he feuded with, and was subsequently destroyed by rapper Drake. Even his hometown of Philadelphia wants nothing to do with him.

The Raptors banned Meek Mill’s music in their locker room

“It’s always great to have Nicki in the house,” Zumoff said. “Of course, Meek as well, but it’s great to have Nicki here ... and she is accompanied by Meek.”

The 7–41 Sixers outscored the 43–4 Warriors by a score of 57–46 after this memorable comment, but lost on a Harrison Barnes game-winning three.
