Cubs buckets make appearance at Iowa Caucus

Caucusers used Chicago Cubs buckets at the Iowa Caucus.

I have honestly no clue how the Iowa Caucus works, but if I knew sports were involved, I would have maybe paid attention. 

Apparently caucusers(?) are collecting votes in “Let’s go Cubs” buckets. I personally would prefer something a little more official, but what do I know, I’m no Washington insider.

Update: Headline has been reflected to suggest this could be the Iowa Cubs and not the Chicago Cubs after a Twitter firestorm.

Second update: The Iowa Cubs are claiming ownership of the buckets.
