Super Bowl 50’s halftime show ended with a tribute to the game’s past.

After individual performances from Coldplay, Beyoncé and Bruno Mars, the three teamed up for a tribute song at the end of their set. A montage of past Super Bowl halftime performances played over the song, featuring clips of Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Katy Perry and more.

The Broncos led the Panthers 13–7 at halftime of Super Bowl 50.
