Luis Suarez forgot his passport for Barcelona’s flight to London

Luis Suarez nearly missed Barcelona’s flight to London on Tuesday for the club’s match against Arsenal because he left his passport at home.

Fortunately, a team staff member traveled back to his house and grabbed it in time for Suarez to rejoin the team on the plane.

The circumstances surrounding the event haven’t been detailed but it makes one wonder—if it were someone different, who isn’t usually a factor, would they have been left at home?  The team sent a staffer all the way back to Suarez’s place, which seems like a lot.

He has scored 41 times in all matches this season. It sounds about right that they’d do anything possible to get him on that plane.

Set a phone reminder or something next time.
