One persistent fan had a sign at Madison Square Garden on Friday asking Knicks forward Kristaps Porzingis to prom.
The fan, Sam Miller, who originally popped the question to Porzingis on Monday through Twitter, was unrelenting in her approach.

“Hey Porzingis Take a Break From all That ‘Dishin and Swishin’ and Be My #1 By ‘Stylin and Profilin’ All The Way To Prom With Me?” the sign read.
Important update: It appears Sam has met Porzingis’s dad, Tālis.
Only time will tell if the Latvian rookie will make this devoted fan’s dreams come true.
