Spitting in public is rude and gross. Don’t do it. Maple Leafs goalie Jonathan Bernier learned Monday just how gross it can be. 

With Garret Sparks getting the start in net, Bernier was hanging out on the bench during a stoppage in play and decided to spit on the ice, for some reason. 

Ignore the dancing astronaut in this video and watch where the loogie lands.
