Les Miles will make a cameo as a police officer in an independent film called “Camera Obscura,” according to The Times-Picayune.

The movie is expected to finish up shooting and production in Baton Rouge this weekend. Miles has been cast in a speaking role that reportedly has him saying, “Sir, I'm going to need you to step back.”

Miles was not among the SEC coaches who appeared in the 2009 film The Blind Side, so this may be considered his movie debut.

A date for the film's release has yet to be determined.
