David Cameron: Gary Lineker should honor Leicester underwear promise

Famed soccer broadcaster Gary Lineker should be careful about what he promises.

In December, the former Leicester City player tweeted he would broadcast BBC’s Match of the Day “in just his undies” if his former team won the Premier League.

Well, Leicester City did just that on Monday, overcoming 5,000–1 odds to capture its first first–division title in team history.

On Wednesday, British prime minister David Cameron called Lineker out, saying he should make good on his promise. Linekar responded with a series of passive-aggressive tweets.
