Chris Sale does not lose very often on the baseball diamond but a fan at Citi Field managed to take down the White Sox ace on Tuesday in a game of rock-paper-scissors that earned them an autographed baseball.

A short clip posted to Twitter showed Sale engaging in the game of wits and throwing rock twice, getting him a draw on his first shoot, but falling pray to paper on his next attempt.

Sale won his first nine starts this season before getting a loss and a no decision in his last two outings as Chicago dropped seven in a row before triumphing 6–4 over the Mets on Tuesday night.
