The Kids’ Choice Sports Awards were last night and while you probably are too old to have tuned in, maybe you should have, as the event featured names like Kobe Bryant, Von Miller and Russell Wilson caught the channel’s infamous slime. The red carpet belonged to Derrick Rose and his son P.J. though, as they showed off matching T-shirts as the best looking duo of the evening.
Bryce Harper Got Re-Engaged
Reigning NL MVP Bryce Harper was scheduled to get married in January of last year but the day came and went with no wedding, leading many to believe he and fiancee Kayla Varner had split. The couple seems to be doing just fine though, and Varner announced yesterday that the engagement is back on.
David Ortiz is Definitely Done
The Red Sox slugger told SI’s Tom Verducci that no matter how well he performs, this season is definitely his last one in the MLB.
