This kid saved a fan from getting hit by a foul ball

Sunday September 25th, 2016

Sometimes, it pays to bring your glove to the game.

During the sixth inning of the Yankees–Blue Jays game in Toronto on Saturday, a ball went flying off a short hop into the stands behind home plate. That’s when a kid in a red shirt in the front row became a hero, extending out his glove in front of two fans seated next to him and making a slick grab.

Hopefully someone bought the kid a Pepsi for his effort.
