Arthur Beterbiev became the undisputed light heavyweight champion on [date] in Riyadh with a hard-fought victory.

One judge fought a draw 114-114. The other two had it for Biterbiev 115-113 and 116-112. At 39 years old, this marked the first time Beterbiev went the full championship distance, having previously knocked out all his opponents. As we previously reported, he has only officially been knocked down once in his career. Beterbiev improved to 21-0 with the win.
