UPDATE: Anthony Davis' Injury Status For Jazz-Lakers Game

Anthony Davis is on the injury report for Sunday's game.

UPDATE: Anthony Davis is available.

On Sunday afternoon, the Los Angeles Lakers will host the Utah Jazz for their final regular season game of the year.

For the game, they could be without one of their best players, as Anthony Davis is on the injury report listed as questionable.

Underdog NBA: "Anthony Davis (foot) questionable for Sunday."

Davis is in the middle of an unbelievable season with averages of 26.1 points, 12.5 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.0 steals and 2.0 blocks per contest in 55 games while shooting 56.5% from the field.

He is in his fourth season with the franchise and helped lead them to the 2020 NBA Championship over the Miami Heat.

However, the Lakers went just 33-49 and missed the postseason in 2022.

Right now, they are the seventh seed in the Western Conference with a 42-39 record in 81 games.

They are 8-2 over their last ten games and 22-18 in the 40 games they have hosted on their home floor in Los Angeles, California.

As for the Jazz, they are the 12th seed in the west with a 37-44 record in 81 games.

They are 2-8 in their last ten games and 14-26 in the 40 games they have played on the road away from Salt Lake City, Utah.

The franchise has made the NBA Playoffs in each of the last five seasons but will not make the 2023 postseason.

Over the offseason, they traded their two best players, Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert, so they are now in rebuilding mode.
