James Harden's Updated Status For 76ers-Pacers Game

James Harden has been ruled out for Saturday's game.

On Saturday night, the Philadelphia 76ers are facing off with the Indiana Pacers in Indianapolis.

For the game, they will be without one of their best players, as 2018 MVP James Harden has been ruled out.

Underdog NBA: "James Harden ruled out Saturday."

The ten-time NBA All-Star is in the middle of a fantastic season with averages of 21.7 points, 6.3 rebounds, 10.8 assists and 1.2 steals per contest in 58 games.

He's also shooting 44.6% from the field and 39.0% from the three-point range.

On top of Harden's stellar play, the 76ers enter the night as one of the best teams in the NBA.

They are the third seed in the Eastern Conference with a 47-22 record in 69 games.

In addition, the 76ers are on a seven-game winning streak and 8-2 in their last ten games.

On the road, they have gone 21-12 in the 33 games they have played away from Philadelphia.

Harden is in his first full year with the franchise after getting traded (via the Brooklyn Nets) during the middle of last season.

As for the Pacers, they are 32-38 in 70 games, which has them tied with the Washington Wizards for the 11th seed in the Eastern Conference.

They are 6-4 in their last ten games and a solid 19-16 in the 35 games they have hosted at home in Indianapolis.

Last season, the 76ers lost to the Miami Heat in the second round of the NBA Playoffs, while the Pacers missed the playoffs (and the play-in tournament).
