Jayson Tatum And Jaylen Brown's Final Status For Jazz-Celtics Game

Jayson Tatum And Jaylen Brown have both been upgraded to available for Friday's game.

On Friday night, the Boston Celtics are hosting the Utah Jazz in Massachusetts.

For the game, they will have their two best players in the starting lineup, as Jayson Tatum And Jaylen Brown have both been upgraded to available.

Via The Celtics: "Coach Mazzulla says Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, and Payton Pritchard will play tonight. Rob Williams and Al Horford are both out. Blake Griffin will start."

The Celtics come into the night as one of the best teams in the NBA.

They are the second seed in the Eastern Conference with a 53-24 record in 77 games, which has them 2.0 games back of the Milwaukee Bucks for first.

Over the last ten games, they are 7-3, and they are a fantastic 28-9 in the 37 games they have hosted on their home floor in Boston.

Last year, Tatum and Brown led the Celtics to the NBA Finals for the first time since the 2010 season (they lost to the Golden State Warriors in six games).

As for the Jazz, they are the 12th seed in the Western Conference with a 36-40 record in 76 games.

They are 5-5 in their last ten games but only 14-24 in the 38 games they have played on the road away from Salt Lake City.

Last season, the Jazz lost in the first round of the NBA Playoffs to the Dallas Mavericks.

However, they have a much different roster after trading Rudy Gobert (to the Minnesota Timberwolves) and Donovan Mitchell (to the Cleveland Cavaliers) over the offseason.
