FINAL UPDATE: Steph Curry's Injury Status For Warriors-Hawks Game

Steph Curry is on the injury report for Friday's game.

On Friday night, the Golden State Warriors will be in Georgia to face off with Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks.   

However, their best player Steph Curry is on the injury report.  

The two-time MVP is listed as questionable due to a thumb injury.  

Underdog NBA: "Stephen Curry (thumb) listed questionable for Friday."

Curry is in the middle of another unbelievable season with averages of 30.1 points, 6.2 rebounds, 6.3 assists and 1.0 steals per contest in 44 games.  

He's also shooting 50.4% from the field and 44.0% from the three-point range. 

According to 95.7 The Game, head coach Steve Kerr expects Curry to play against the Hawks. 

Via 95.7 The Game on Thursday night: "Steve Kerr just told @WillardAndDibs that he expects Steph Curry to play tomorrow. 

He's listed as questionable with left thumb soreness."

The Warriors come into the night with a 36-34 record in 70 games, which has them as the sixth seed in the Western Conference. 

They are 6-4 in their last ten games but just 7-27 in the 34 games they have played on the road away from the Chase Center in San Francisco, California. 

Following the Hawks, they will play three more games on the road against the Memphis Grizzlies, Houston Rockets and Dallas Mavericks. 

The Hawks enter the matchup as the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 34-35 record in 69 games.  

They are 5-5 in their last ten games and 18-15 in the 33 games they have hosted at State Farm Arena.
