Tyrese Haliburton's Injury Status For Kings-Pacers Game

Tyrese Haliburton is available for Friday's game.

On Friday evening, the Indiana Pacers are hosting the Sacramento Kings in Indianapolis.

For the game, they will have their best player available, as Tyrese Haliburton has been upgraded to available.

Underdog NBA: "Tyrese Haliburton (knee, elbow) available to play Friday."

The All-Star point guard is in the middle of a tremendous season with averages of 20.3 points, 3.9 rebounds, 10.3 assists and 1.8 steals per contest in 41 games.

He is also shooting 47.9% from the field and 39.5% from the three-point range.

After a hot start to the season, the Pacers have cooled off over the last month.

Haliburton had missed ten games in a row but returned to play in Thursday’s 112-111 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers.

The 22-year-old had 26 points, two rebounds, 12 assists and two steals in 36 minutes of playing time.

With the loss, the Pacers are now 24-29 in 53 games, which has them as the 11th seed in the Eastern Conference.

They are 1-9 in their last ten games and in the middle of a four-game losing streak.

Last season, the Pacers went 25-57 and missed the NBA Playoffs, but there is a good chance they could compete for the play-in tournament in 2023.

As for the Kings, they have not been to the playoffs since 2006 but are the third seed in the Western Conference with a 29-21 record in 50 games.

On the road, the Kings have a 13-10 record in 23 games, while the Pacers are 16-11 in 27 at home.
