Jayson Tatum's Heartfelt Tweet Went Viral

Boston Celtics All-Star Jayson Tatum sent out a tweet that went viral.

Boston Celtics All-Star Jayson Tatum has become one of the best players in the NBA.

The 25-year-old forward is coming off a year where he averaged 30.1 points, 8.8 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 46.6% from the field.

After making the NBA Finals in 2022, the Celtics lost to the Miami Heat last month in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

In addition to Tatum's rising stardom, his five-year-old son (Deuce) has become notable to NBA fans and can be frequently seen with his father after games. 

On Wednesday, Tatum sent out a fantastic tweet about his son that is going viral on Twitter.  

The post had over 35,000 likes and nearly two million impressions in less than four hours. 

Tatum's tweet: "New spider man movie so good deuce told me “ daddy I think I changed my mind I might want to be spider man when I grow up… but I still want to be you” 

Good save son, good save!"

Tatum was the third pick in the 2017 NBA Draft after playing one season for Duke. 

He's been in the NBA for six seasons and has already helped the Celtics make the Conference Finals four times. 

This season, they were the second seed in the Eastern Conference with a 57-25 record. 

Tatum has played in an astonishing 94 NBA Playoff games and has career averages of 22.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.1 steals per contest in 439 regular season games.
