This is going to be a Memorial Day weekend for the record books. Formula One is in Monaco, while IndyCar is ready for Sunday's 107th Running of the Indianapolis 500.

And as for NASCAR, well, we may have some bad news: the weather forecast for the entire NASCAR weekend in Charlotte -- including Sunday night's marquee Coca-Cola 600, the longest race of the year in the Cup Series -- is a whole other matter.

The forecast right now calls for rain Friday, Saturday and Sunday. In other words, a potential weekend washout may be possible.

With that in mind, NASCAR on Thursday already moved up the start of Saturday's Alsco Uniforms 300 Xfinity Series race from 1 pm ET to Noon, based upon the forecast. Everything else on Friday and Sunday appears to be still on schedule, but things are definitely looking iffy at best.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, the rain did not go away Saturday and the Alsco Uniforms 300 has been postponed until Noon ET.
