Week 13 Thursday Night Football Prop Bets

Instead of doing my usual Thursday night preview, I thought I would change it up a little and add some prop bets to it. (NOTE: for those interested in betting on the games I IMPLORE you to check out VegasWhispers.com for the insider info you need to win big!)

Quarterbacks

QB Drew Brees

  • Pass Completions: O/u 22.5
  • Pass Attempts: O/u 33.5
  • Passing Yards: O/u 302.5
  • Passing TDs: O/u 2.5

Prediction: I am going to go under for all those lines for Brees. Dallas’ defense has been very stingy all season, and I see Brees going 22 for 30 for 268 yards and 2 TDs.

QB Dak Prescott

  • Pass Completions: O/u 20.5
  • Pass Attempts: O/u 32.5
  • Passing Yards: O/u 242.5
  • Passing TDs: O/u 1.5
  • Rushing Yards: O/u 21.5

Prediction: The only way to beat the Saints as we have learned is to throw the ball which Dak will do more than he wants to on Thursday. I am going to take the over on pass attempts, completions, and passing yards and rushing yards as I think he goes 22 for 35 for 256 yards. 21 yards rushing is close, but I am going to take the over as well considering that Dak will be throwing often.

Running Backs

RB Alvin Kamara

  • Rushing Yards: O/u 60.5
  • Receiving Yards: O/u 38.5

Prediction: I like Kamara tonight as I think Brees will need to find him as an outlet because Dallas’ CBs are playing so well. The receiving over is a lock.

RB Mark Ingram

  • Rushing Yards: O/u 47.5
  • Receiving Yards: O/u 15.5

Prediction: I will flip the script here and say that it’s Ingram that goes over on rushing yards (but under on receiving) as I think the Saints will try to establish the running game early.

RB Ezekiel Elliott

  • Rushing Yards: O/u 85.5
  • Receiving Yards: O/u 36.5

Prediction: Zeke is the key to the Cowboys chances of winning tonight. New Orleans has the best run defense in the NFL right now, but regardless, Dallas is still going to have to run the ball if they want to win because they don’t have the receivers to dominate this game. I will go over on both props for Zeke as I think he will have a big night.

Wide Receivers

WR Michael Thomas

  • Receptions: O/u 6.5
  • Receiving Yards: O/u 92.5

Prediction: I like Thomas to get more than six catches tonight, but I am not sure that he is going to go for tons of yardage. Byron Jones is incredibly stingy at CB, and I think Thomas won't be able to get his usual separation.

WR Amari Cooper

  • Receptions: O/u 5.5
  • Receiving Yards: O/u 69.5

Prediction: Give me the over on both these props. The only way that Dallas can win this game is to get Cooper involved in the offense early before he checks out mentally. He’s done a great job since he’s been in Dallas of focusing and I think that will continue tonight.

Other Props

  • WR Michael Gallup O/u 28.5 receiving yards (UNDER)
  • WR Cole Beasley O/u 40.5 receiving yards (OVER)
  • WR Tre’Quan Smith O/u 46.5 receiving yards (UNDER)
