Matt Ryan finishes up quiet preseason
Matt Ryan completed 9-of-14 passes for 74 yards in Thursday's preseason game against the Redskins.
It was another quiet preseason night for Ryan in the Falcons' regular season dress rehearsal. He closes the book on the exhibition slate just 19-of-28 (67.8 percent) for 192 yards (6.85 YPA), zero touchdowns, zero picks and three sacks taken. That, of course, was without Julio Jones. Ryan is an eminently safe mid-range QB1.
