Which teams will have the best offenses in 2019?

Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is feeling pretty good about his team's offense in 2019. And for good reason. But other offenses should be pretty good this year, too. Simms and I looked at six of them via Thursday's PFT Live draft. The results were a bit surprising. Which is a nice way of saying

Declares himself fully healthy

Kelce relayed after Wednesday's practice that he's 100 percent at this stage and that his ankle feels better than it has in years, ESPN's Adam Teicher reports.

Though the bulk of Chiefs' veterans won't practice until later this week, Kelce got some work in Wednesday with some of the team's younger players. The tight end noted that he "didn't have any issues" with the ankle he had surgery on this past offseason. The procedure was designed to address a nagging issue that he dealt with over the past few seasons. "What I had done was basically tightening up the ankle and making sure that it wasn't as wobbly," Kelce said Wednesday. "What that does is it tightens up and stabilizes the joint so I'm not just hitting cartilage and damaging that [part] of the ankle." A healthy Kelce easily tops our fantasy tight end rankings, followed by George Kittle and Zach Ertz. After that, there's a pretty significant drop-off at the position, which means that those looking to secure an elite tight end will need to draft/auction boldly in order to do so.

Travis Kelce (ankle) ready for training camp

Travis Kelce (ankle surgery) has been cleared for training camp.

Kelce sat out the entire offseason program as he recovered but was always expected to be ready for camp. Headed into his age-30 campaign — time flies — Kelce has missed only one game since his rookie year in 2013. He is the No. 1 overall tight end.

Kelce expects to be 100 percent by camp

Travis Kelce (ankle) expects to be 100 percent by training camp.

Kelce did not participate during the offseason program after undergoing ankle surgery following the season. "I want to get out there and mesh with everyone and teach, have fun and get better," Kelce told Arrowhead Pride. "But right now, just getting healthy is the main thing, and I think we're there. I think by the time training camp comes around, I'll be 100 percent." Kelce is the cream of the crop at tight end and worth a look at the end of the first round.
