John Rahm had a sense that the PGA Championship wasn’t going to be completed as scheduled due to the coronavirus. He was correct. The PGA, like most other sports, suspended play as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread. Rahm’s focus isn’t on the game of golf anymore but rather his family in Spain, who are currently under quarantine. Rahm gave his first interview to Sports Illustrated after the PGA Championship to discuss his personal bouts with the virus pertaining to his family overseas. SI’s Ryan Asselta tells the story.
