Video Ep. 20 | Have Clubs Will Travel: Royal Dornoch Golf Club

Royal Dornoch Golf Club is one Scotland's more fabled golfing destinations. The club, located in the northeastern Highlands region, was established in the 17th century, but it was not until 1886 when Old Tom Morris began routing the Championship Course. Surprisingly, Royal Dornoch has never hosted a British Open. Have Clubs Will Travel host David Wood profiles Royal Dornoch in the latest episode of the Where To Golf Next travel series.

Famed golf writer Herbert Warren Wind once described Royal Dornoch Golf Club's Championship Course as the "most natural golf course in the world." Nestled between the Dornoch Firth and unbridled gorse, the Old Tom Morris course, which surprisingly has never hosted a British Open, is a straightforward test of supreme shotmaking. Have Clubs Will Travel host David Wood tells of Dornoch's beauty in the latest episode of the Where To Golf Next travel series.
