Our countdown of Dan Dickau's Elite 11 Washington high school boys basketball players continues with Eastside Catholic point guard Nolan Hickman, who comes in at No. 4.
Hickman, a 6-foot-3 junior, is arguably the best point guard in the state and already has offers from Oklahoma, Washington and Washington State.
