TACOMA -- Three Rainier Beach players scored in double figures to help the Vikings take down Evergreen (Vancouver), 61-52, in the first round of the 3A state tournament on Wednesday at the Tacome Dome.

Evergreen was led by Zyell Griffin's 19 points.

Rainier Beach takes on 6-seed Kamiakin Thursday at 12:15 p.m. in the 3A quarterfinals.
