CIF San Diego Section girls basketball Division 3 playoff predictions: Will Point Loma continue its dominance?

There are three frontrunners in the CIF San Diego Section Division 3 girls basketball playoffs.

There are three frontrunners in the CIF San Diego Section Division 3 girls basketball playoffs.

Top-seeded Point Loma, led by senior guard Sadie Heckman, has been dominant all season, but hasn't played the toughest schedule.

Coach Freddie Garrett and Helix have put together a solid season with several quality wins.

And it is hard to pick against a team that has arguably the best player in the Division like Foothills Christian and Ellie Turk.

Other teams outside of the top seeds that could make a run at the title are Coronado and Pacific Ridge.
