Look: Reign Redmond wins CIF State girls 100-meter dash in photo finish over Brazil Neal

Redmond edged Neal by the narrowest of margins - 11.56 to 11.57

CLOVIS - Carson junior Reign Redmond clipped Serra Gardena junior Brazil at the finish line by .01 seconds to win the CIF State girls 100-meter dash on Saturday.

Redmond, who ran a wind-legal 11.45 preliminary race on Friday, erupted with joy after seeing her official time. She posted a time of 11.56 to Brazil's 11.57.

The wind for Saturday's final was +3.3 m/s which is over the legal limit.
