HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. -- Huntington Beach junior Ralphy Velazquez, an Arizona State commit, went 2-for-4 with two doubles in the Oilers 9-2 Division 1 CIF Southern Regional semifinal win over Villa Park on Thursday.
