Congratulations to Trinity Catholic girls basketball forward Rose Gravel for being voted SBLive’s Florida High School Athlete of the Week for Jan. 17-23!

The sophomore finished with 21 points and 10 rebounds back on January 18, in a 71-59 loss to North Marion.

Gravel received 58.1% of the vote, beating out Wiregrass Ranch's Josh Martin who finished second with 26.07%. Steinbrenner's Alyssa Bongiovanni finished third with 14.01% and DeSoto County'sJamari Redding finished fourth with 1.28%.

Boehm is coming off a 3-game week, where she averaged 26.6 points per game, leading the Lady Falcons to a 3-0 week.

Tatiana Matthews, Guard (So.) Dunnellon

Matthews tied her season-high with 32 points back on January 18, where she led the Lady Tigers to a 66-45 win over Meadowbrook Academy.

Kennedy Cannon, Center (Sr.) Centennial (Port St. Lucie)

Cannon finished with 35 points and 30 rebounds back on January 21, where she led the Eagles to a 66-59 win over Westwood.

Rose Gravel, Forward (So.) Trinity Catholic

Gravel finished with 21 points and 10 rebounds back on January 18, in a 71-59 loss to North Marion.

Lexy Griffin, Guard (Sr.) Arnold (Panama City)

Griffin finished with 8 points, 8 assists and 12 steals back on January 21, leading the Lady Marlins to a 45-23 win over Walton.

Emily McIntosh, Guard (Sr.) St. Augustine

McIntosh finished with 18 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists back on January 20, leading the Yellow Jackets to a 62-15 win over First Coast.

Alyssa Bongiovanni, Guard (Sr.) Steinbrenner

Bongiovanni finished with 11 points and 12 rebounds back on January 21, leading the Lady Warriors to a 59-43 win over Hillsborough.

Maya Llanes, Guard (Sr.) Zephyrhills

Llanes finished with 10 steals back on January 18, in a 42-38 loss to Calvary Christian (Clearwater).

Taylor Blackshear, Guard (Jr.) Benjamin (Palm Beach Gardens)

Blackshear finished with 26 points and 7 rebounds back on January 17, in a 66-62 win over Everglades.

Javon Bennett, Guard (Sr.) Trinity Prep

Bennett finished with 23 points and 6 steals on January 18, in a 59-51 loss vs Montverde Academy Regional.

Jimel Lane, Guard (Sr.) Miami Palmetto

Lane is coming off back-to-back double doubles on January 17 & January 19, leading Miami Palmetto to wins over Somerset Prep and Mater Lakes Academy.

Jamari Redding, Forward (Jr.) DeSoto County

Redding finished with 18 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals on January 21, in an 83-64 loss to Discovery.

Atavious Weaver, Forward (Jr.) North Fort Myers

Weaver finished with 16 points and 13 rebounds (6 offensive) back on January 18, in an 87-70 win over Bonita Springs.

Caleb Williams, Guard (So.) Ribault (Jacksonville)

Williams had 20 points and 6 assists back on January 21, helping the Trojans in a 74-35 win over First Coast.

Jayden Lloyd, Guard (Sr.) Largo

Lloyd finished with 15 points, 7 assists and 7 steals back on January 21, in a 48-47 win over East Lake.

Kennon Ayala, Guard (Sr.) Land O’Lakes

Ayala finished with 19 points and 6 steals back on January 21, in a 85-54 win over Sunlake.

Josh Martin, Guard (Sr.) Wiregrass Ranch

Martin is coming off a big week where he averaged 27 points per game, including a 30-point performance, in a 60-53 loss vs Wharton on January 21.
