Bartow moves up to top spot after Lakewood Ranch sustains back-to-back losses to Lake Brantley

Here are SBLive’s statewide Florida high school softball rankings, which span all classifications. SBLive’s Florida softball rankings are compiled by Ross Van De Griek and will be released weekly during the 2022 season:

The Lady Bulls moves up one spot to No. 2 in this week’s rankings, following a 5-0 week.

3. Lake Brantley (9-0)

The Lady Patriots make the biggest jump of the week, moving up six spots to No. 3 following a pair of wins against Lakewood Ranch last week.

The Lady Mustangs drop to No. 4 in this week’s SBLive Florida softball rankings, following a couple losses to Lake Brantley last week.

5. Berkeley Prep (11-0)

This Week: vs Sunlake (Tues.), at Parrish Community (Wed.), at Wesley Chapel (Thu.)

The Lady Buccaneers round out the top 5, heading into a three-game week to kick-off the second half of the season.
