Alabama head coach Nick Saban retiring: Florida high school coaches react
One of the most iconic figures in college football history in Alabama’s Nick Saban has reportedly called it a career.
And what a career Saban has had between LSU and Alabama.
Saban had an impact in Florida, meeting with hundreds of coaches and thousands of players during his time coaching the Tigers and Crimson Tide.
An outpour of respect to whom many would dub the ‘GOAT’ of college football coaching, with Saban winning 297 games, 11 SEC championships and seven national titles.
Down below are some of the Florida high school coaching reactions we’ve found on social media from coaches all across the state in regards to Saban’s retirement from college football.
Damn two coaching legends step away on the same day! Both you unique in their ways. I hope they are stepping away on their terms as they both deserve that. Thank you Coach Saban and Coach Carrol for all you did for the game of football
