The final week of December in Southern California high school basketball included several big performances across several holiday tournaments involving the L.A. City, Southern and San Diego sections.

SOCAL TOP STARS(Dec. 27-31)

Noah Marte, San Diego boys basketball: Marte averaged over 20 points per game last week helping the Cavers to a 3-1 record in The Holiday Classic.

Jake Hall, Carlsbad boys basketball: Hall averaged 24 points across four games in The Holiday Classic including 37 points against Santa Fe Christian in the 3rd place game.

Justin White, Mission Hills boys basketball: White averaged 20 points per game while leading the Grizzlies to a 4-0 record, winning the American Division of The Holiday Classic.

Jake Jackson, Madison boys basketball: Jackson had 30 points, nine rebounds, three steals and two blocks against Brighton (Utah) last week.

Xavier Rubio, Eastlake boys basketball: Rubio averaged over 21 points per game while leading the Titans to three wins last week.

Elijah Newsome, Otay Ranch boys basketball: Newsome averaged 19 points, six rebounds, five assists, and five steals per game during a 3-1 week for the Mustangs.

Angel Riggins, Helix girls basketball: Riggins had 14 points, 12 rebounds, and eight steals in last week's 36-35 win over Chula Vista.

Madeleine De Kodia, Aquinas girls basketball: De Kodia averaged 12 points per game last week leading the Falcons to a 4-0 record and had ten steals and six assists on Thursday.

Fatuma Abdi, Crawford girls basketball: Abdi had 22 points and 11 steals against La Jolla and then had ten points, 20 rebounds, and six blocks in a game against Montgomery later in the same day.

Dayvis Key, San Marcos girls basketball: Key had 13 points, 11 rebounds, and six blocks in Monday's win over Sage Creek.

Tiani Abrams, Rancho Buena Vista girls basketball: Abrams averaged 24 points, eight rebounds, and five assists during the final two games last week against Palm Springs and San Pasqual.

Reynna Saavedra, San Pasqual girls basketball: Saavedra had 21 points, seven rebounds, and seven steals against Lincoln on Monday.

Carla Hyatt, Shadow Hills girls basketball: Hyatt had 23 points, 12 rebounds, five steals, four assists, and two blocks against Monte Vista.

Bailey Barnhard, Del Norte girls basketball: Barnhard had 24 points, 14 rebounds and three blocks against Orangewood Academy on Monday.

Jessica Grant, Mission Hills girls basketball: Grant had 24 points and six steals in last week's win over Sage Hill.

Ariik Mawien, Capistrano Valley Christian boys basketball: Mawien had 14 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks in last week's game against Long Beach Poly.

Isaiah Espinoza, Beaumont boys basketball: Espinoza had 27 points and seven steals against Moreno Valley.

Keishmer Foster, Aquinas boys basketball: Foster had seven points, ten rebounds, ten assists, and four steals against Pacific.

Arnie Corpus, Redlands East Valley boys basketball: Corpus had 23 points including six three-pointers to help beat Ramona last week.

Kaden Minter, Mater Dei boys basketball: Minter had 15 points, 11 rebounds, and six assists to help the Monarchs beat Mayfair last week.

Jack Wheaton, Woodcrest Christian boys basketball: Wheaton had 15 points, 12 rebounds, three assists and two blocks against Bethel Christian.

Samson Hall, Moorpark boys basketball: Hall had 30 points and ten rebounds in Tuesday's win over Pacific Ridge.
