Here are the Oregon high school girls soccer stars of the week for Sept. 26-Oct. 2 as nominated by coaches, fans and readers.

Olivia Borger, North Medford 

The sophomore midfielder/forward scored three goals for the Black Tornado in a 3-1 victory over Willamette in a Southwest Conference contest at Willamette High School.

Diana Burnell, Cascade

The sophomore midfielder, and a team captain, scored a whopping seven goals to lead the Cougars to an 8-0 win over Stayton in an Oregon West Conference match at Stayton.

Rian Busby, Pleasant Hill

The sophomore midfielder had a hat trick, scoring three goals for the Billies in their 5-0 win over Creswell in a Special District 3 match at Pleasant Hill.

Elidia Cervantes-Carlos, Springfield

The sophomore forward had a hat trick for the Millers in their 5-0 win over Churchill in a nonleague match at Churchill High School.

Clotine Chase, Marist Catholic

The junior, and a team captain, scored three goals for the Spartans in their 5-1 victory over Junction City. Chase had two goals and an assist in a 6-0 win at Marshfield, giving her 12 goals and three assists this season.

Paige Comerford, North Marion

The freshman had three goals for the Huskies in their 8-0 home victory over Stayton in an Oregon West Conference match.

Morgan Duke, West Salem

The junior forward scored all three goals for the Titans in their 3-1 win over McNary in a Central Valley Conference match at West Salem High School.

Marianne Dunne, Jesuit

The freshman forward/midfielder scored two goals for the Crusaders in their 4-0 victory over Westview in a Metro League match at Westview High School.

Paige Edmonson, Sutherlin

The junior forward, and a team captain, scored two goals for the Bulldogs in their 3-1 win over Brookings-Harbor in a Special District 4 match in Brookings.

Kaleigh England, Marshfield

The junior midfielder, one of the team’s captains, had a goal and two assists for the Pirates in their 4-0 victory against Cottage Grove in a Sky Em League match at Cottage Grove.

Kiyana Ellis, Century

The freshman defender has stepped up in the back line for the Jaguars. According to Century coach Emma Hamilton, she played a huge part in the team’s 1-0 shutout win over Hillsboro and was lights out on defense in a 1-0 victory against Aloha.

Abigail Fitzpatrick, Thurston

The senior center back, who also is a team captain, helps shape the defense in addition to taking the direct kicks for the Colts, helping them get wins over North Bend and Woodburn.

Nayeli Flores, McKay

The senior midfielder/forward scored both goals for the Royal Scots in their 2-1 win over Corvallis in a Mid-Willamette Conference contest at McKay.

Sarah Freedman, Tualatin

The senior goalkeeper came up with five impressive saves for the Timberwolves in their 3-1 win over Sherwood in a nonleague contest at Tualatin High School.

Sela Freeman, Marist Catholic

The senior, and a team captain, had a goal and an assist for the Spartans in a 5-1 win at Junction City and she followed with a goal and two assists in a 6-0 victory at Marshfield, giving her 10 goals and five assists this season.

Madeline Gardner, Summit

The senior midfielder scored two goals for the Storm in a 5-0 road victory against Mountain View in an Intermountain Conference match.

Kylie Jones, Thurston

The senior, and a team captain, controls the midfield and is a fierce attacker for the Colts, helping them get off to a 5-2 start this season.

Anahi Leon, Cascade

The junior midfielder, and a team captain, scored three goals for the Cougars in their 5-0 victory over Sweet Home in an Oregon West Conference match at Cascade.

Eve Lynx, South Medford

The senior goalkeeper made seven saves in helping the Panthers post a 1-0 shutout victory over South Eugene in a Southwest Conference match at South Eugene High School.

Ava Marshall, South Albany

The junior forward, who was the team’s leading scorer with nine goals and three assists over the first seven games, was the offensive threat who helped the RedHawks post a 1-1 tie with Crescent Valley in a Mid-Willamette Conference match.

Michaela McCollum, Grant

The senior goalkeeper stepped up to help the Generals’ defense get a couple of shutouts — a 0-0 tie with Lake Oswego and a 6-0 victory over Roosevelt in a Portland Interscholastic League match.

Evangeline Miller, Cleveland

The junior defender, a center back, has helped anchor the Warriors’ defense over the past seven games, leading to three shutouts and only four goals scored against the squad.

Sydney Mills, South Eugene

The junior defender was a key player in the back line for South Eugene in a 1-0 loss to South Medford and a 3-0 win over North Medford. She also had two assists in the victory against the Black Tornado.

Jordyn Minor, Forest Grove

The senior defender, and a team captain, not only has been a key player on defense, she’s also scored three goals for the Vikings.

Gemma Mulick, Silverton

The freshman outside defender had a standout game on the defensive end of the field in a 1-1 tie with Woodburn with her tackling while also winning many 50-50 balls and winning the ball in the air over and over again. Mulick also shined on defense in an 8-0 victory over Lebanon.

Jaidyn Richter, Cleveland

The junior defender, a center back for the Warriors, has helped anchor the team’s defense over the past seven games, leading to three shutouts and only four goals scored against.

Tori Vera, Gladstone

The sophomore forward, who has 14 goals this season, scored four goals against both Crook County and The Dalles in a couple of victories for the Gladiators.

Tegan Waters, Wilsonville

The sophomore midfielder, who leads the Wildcats in assists, had three assists and one goal for the team in its Northwest Oregon Conference-opening 8-0 victory over Parkrose.

Kenley Whittaker, Wilsonville

The junior forward scored four goals for the Wildcats in their 8-0 win over Parkrose in a Northwest Oregon Conference-opening match. Whittaker had an assist in a 1-1 tie with Putnam.

Taylor Wilson, Dayton

The senior forward scored two goals for the Pirates in their 4-0 win over Blanchet Catholic in a Special District 2 match at Blanchet Catholic.

Trinity “Koko” Woods, Parkrose

The senior provided the Broncos with leadership in the back line as well as constant hustle in their Northwest Oregon Conference match at Wilsonville.
