On Friday, Mitchell discussed each of his finalists with SBLive Sports.
Alabama: "I like the coaching staff. Alabama is a winning team, and that's where I'm originally from. There's a lot that comes with it."
"I like everything about them. They work hard over there at 'Bama and they've got a great coach."
Miami: "They use their tight ends really well and have been known for that. They don't have just one tight end on the field."
"I like the coaching staff. I like everybody on the staff. The players are cool and they show me a lot of love every time I go out there."
Oklahoma: "Everything stands out. They've got a great head coach, Coach V [Venables]. When he was at Clemson he did pretty well. They've got a great tight end coach and a great (offensive coordinator)."
"I want to be around somebody who has done it before and is going to get me to the next level."
"The coaching staff is cool, the players are cool - everything."
