Sophomore pitcher Kamdyn Chandler throws complete-game shutout
AUSTIN - Sophomore pitcher Liberty pitcher Kamdyn Chandler threw a complete-game shutout to lead Liberty to a 5-0 win over the Sweeny on Saturday afternoon in the Texas UIL Class 4A softball state championship game.
It marked the second straight 4A state title for the Panthers and their third in the last five seasons.
