All I want for Christmas is for the NHL to listen!

Will the NHL please stop pretending it knows what the fans want!

First, you said we wanted more goals, so you limited the goalie's puck handling and cracked down on obstruction. Then you said we don't want fighting, so you gave us the instigator. After all that now you think we don't want more rivalry games, so you are cutting down on the divisional play because, why?

Fans in New York want to see Calgary?

Fans in Detroit want to see the Florida Panthers?

Please NHL, all I want for the holidays is a little more interest in what the real fans want. If the NHL is so concerned with the fans, why don't they take more polls and use our input to help save the game
