DALLAS STARS-Announced C Stu Barnes has retired and agreed to a two year contract to be an assistant coach. Agreed to terms with Rick Wilson, associate coach, and Mark Lamb, assistant coach, on two-year contract extensions through the 2010-11 season.

LOS ANGELES KINGS-Agreed to terms with D Colten Teubert on a three-year contract.
