Bridgeport left-winger Jeff Tambellini named AHL player of week

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Bridgeport Sound Tigers left-winger Jeff Tambellini was named American Hockey League player of the week Monday.

He had seven points (five goals, two assists) in three games last week.
